The Cosmetic Clinic (TCC) is New Zealand’s leading medi-aesthetics brand with a nationwide clinic network. We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer (contract) to create impactful, on-brand design assets across digital, print, advertising, and clinic environments.

This is a hands-on creative role that will see you working on everything from national campaign rollouts, local clinic marketing support, and head office projects while also managing asset libraries and ensuring brand consistency across our network.

What you’ll be doing

• Campaign Design: Produce and adapt creative assets for national and local campaigns across digital, print, and social channels (EDMs, social posts, brochures, posters, in-clinic displays).
• Local Area Marketing (LAM): Customise standard assets for clinics, maintain templates for quick turnaround, and ensure brand alignment.
• Brand & Asset Management: Maintain and update our digital asset library and apply brand guidelines consistently.
• Production & Vendors: Prepare artwork to spec, liaise with print vendors, and oversee proofing for quality control.
• Collaboration: Work with the Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and external consultants to ensure creative assets deliver on campaign objectives.
• Efficiency & Process: Track time, follow workflows, and support continuous improvement of design processes.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience in graphic design, ideally in retail, beauty, or franchise environments.
• Tertiary qualification in design (preferred).
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, and advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Canva or Figma (desirable).
• Knowledge of artwork preparation for print and digital production.
• Bonus: basic video editing skills.
