To assist with our growth we are recruiting a Junior Business Analyst for The Cosmetic Clinic New Zealand in Auckland.

The Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will support the business initiatives of the Head Office and other stakeholders by identifying and communicating trends in data using statistics and specialized software to support The Cosmetic Clinic in making sound strategic business decisions.

Operarations:

  • Work across the business to deliver insightful information
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and make suggestions for analyses
  • Develop and report monthly dashboards of stakeholder performance
  • Create insightful visualisations (charts and dashboards)
  • Create data models without guidance
  • Support and drive the culture of data-driven decision making
  • Work with your manager and team to constantly learn and improve
  • Add your opinion and expertise to improving business operations

Sales & Marketing:

  • Support the Sales & Marketing teams with comprehensive sales analysis
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
  • Define new data collections and analysis processes to support the growth of the business
  • Provide insight to the Sales Team on stakeholder performance and identify areas of improvement to support growth

General:

  • Deliver ad hoc analysis as per business requirements
  • General administrative tasks applicable to the position

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Recent graduates welcome to apply
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification (e.g. Business or Economic related discipline, Statistics, or Mathematics)
  • Knowledge and experience of reporting and data analysis
  • Be proficient at developing and enhancing reports
  • Must have strong analytical skills and critical thinking: able to look at numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Be able to interact with stakeholders with ease and have a passion for supporting a business on their data needs.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.'
