We are recruiting an experienced Cosmetic Injector, preferably with experience as a clinical trainer to oversee the cosmetic injectables area of our business. The role is a 12-month maternity cover, working three days per week.

Part of a global network of almost 200 clinics, with history dating back to the founding of the original clinic in 1996 by a Cosmetic Physician, The Cosmetic Clinic (TCC) is the leading provider of cosmetic, laser and rejuvenation treatments. 

The role:

TRAINING:

• Plan training programs focussed across all areas of theory, practical, and client consultation.
• Liaise with external suppliers to schedule training programs for novice and experienced injectors
• Undertake training, particularly in relation to "off-label" indications.

CLINICAL SUPPORT:

Liaise with TCC's Medical Director's to:

• Provide support for clinical enquiries and adverse events.
• Document and communicate trends and provide training around adverse events in order to reduce their occurrence.

INJECTOR MANAGEMENT:

• Communicate with TCC's Cosmetic Injectors to identify areas of opportunity and training.
• Communicate with TCC's Cosmetic Injectors in regard to the outcome of their practice audits.
• Coordinate forums to discuss training, adverse events, practice management, etc

COMPLIANCE:

• Fully understand all regulations and laws relating to cosmetic injectables
• Development and implementation of protocols that ensure compliance with regulations and laws relating to cosmetic injectables.
• Ensure that all Cosmetic Injectors know their compliance obligations and adhere to protocols.

Candidates

The candidate should have qualifications in and a robust foundation in medicine, nursing, or a related healthcare field, with specific training and certification in cosmetic injectables.

Hands-On Experience: Extensive practical experience in administering injectables such as botulin toxin, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures is essential.

Teaching Ability: The candidate should have experience in education or training, with the ability to convey complex medical concepts clearly and effectively.

Clear Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain procedures, risks, and outcomes to both learners, clients, and other stake holders.

Adherence to Standards: Commitment to maintaining high standards of practice, including staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Ethical Conduct: Upholding ethical standards in teaching, patient care, and professional behavior.

Leadership Qualities: Ability to inspire and lead a team of practitioners, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Mentorship: Willingness to mentor new injectors, providing ongoing support and guidance as they develop their skills.

Artistic Eye: A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, which is crucial in achieving desirable cosmetic outcomes.
