As an TCC Clinic 2IC/Senior Tech you will: 

1. Assist with the operations of the business including administrative requirements, team leadership, sales performance. 
2. Develop a strong understanding what drives and motivates the team to increase performance and client service standards. 
3. Monitor performance and the quality of advice constantly. 
4. Provide outstanding service to clients, thorough professional consultation and treatments. 
5. Discuss and develop appropriate treatment plans for clients. 
6. Provide recommendations for products and services in line with the clients’ desired outcome. 
7. Provide treatments such as microdermabrasion, laser for hair removal, pigmentation, red vein, and rejuvenation, LED light therapy, medi-aesthetic peels, skin needling, dermaplaning, and depigmentation peels. 

As a senior technician of the business you must be able to demonstrate: 

1. Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated and driven by targets and KPI's 
2. Extremely good computer literacy 
3. Fantastic time management 
4. The ability to understand systems and ensure that they are administered and adhered to 
5. A passion for customer service 
6. Creativity on how to improve your clinic's brand awareness locally 
7. Is outgoing, self-motivated and excited by a target driven environment. 
8. Must be qualified to Diploma Level in Beauty Therapy. 
9. Experienced in Laser or IPL technologies. 
10. Extremely well presented and consistently reliable. 
11. Passionate about delivering results for clients. 

The successful candidate WILL need experience from working in this industry before and will require an understanding and a love for this business.  

Of primary importance is that the successful candidate is a proven and successful 2IC/senior beauty technician.  

Extensive training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
