This is a full-time and permanent position which guarantees 38 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be able to drive performance, while ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and profitably. Working alongside the Franchisee.

As an TCC Clinic Manager you will:

• Manage the operations of the business including administrative requirements, cash handling, team management, sales performance and local marketing.
• Develop a strong understanding what drives and motivates your staff to increase performance and client service standards.
• Monitor performance and the quality of advice constantly.
• Break down targets for team members to understand and motivate them achieve these.
• Mentor team members and assist them in their career development and progression.
• Coach team members when dealing with issues or challenges that may arise.

As a manager of the business you must be able to demonstrate:

• Analytical and financial acumen
• Budgeting skills
• Proven skills in and a passion for mentoring and coaching
• Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated and driven by targets and KPI's
• Extremely good computer literacy
• Fantastic time management
• The ability to understand systems and ensure that they are administered and adhered to
• A passion for customer service
• Creativity on how to improve your clinic's brand awareness locally

The successful candidate does not need to have worked in this industry before but will require an understanding and a love for this business.  Of primary importance is that the successful candidate is a proven and successful manager.  Extensive training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.

Pay rate will be $55000 - $650000 based on experience / career progression.
