Here’s a bit about the role…

We are looking for a dedicated beauty enthusiast to join our team as our next superstar Laser & Skin Therapist!

A typical day will involve providing various treatments to our clients, including laser hair removal treatment and dermal and skin treatments. You will add value to our clients by providing treatment recommendations, including bespoke treatment plans and product recommendations to help them target their concerns.

Our clients come first, this role will build long lasting relationships ensuring client experience is always a gold service – so they will come back wanting more!

Interested? Here is what you’ll need to be successful…

• A Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy highly regarded.
• Proven ability to exceed individual sales targets, both personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), highlighting a results-driven approach.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and positive communication skills that inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and excellence in clinic operations.
• While not essential, experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring is regarded.
